Please read carefully.
At PBTS we aim to produce the highest quality of personalised and non-personalised products. Each item is lovingly made by myself, a mummy of two girls.
Our turnaround time is 7-14 working days. Please make a note at the time of ordering if you need your product by a certain date. You can always contact me before ordering to enquire.
At checkout be sure to select the correct postage, standard postage will not be able to be refunded if it doesn’t turn up. Signed for postage selection can be refunded/ replaced if deemed necessary. Please note that we have to allow 10 working days before contacting royal mail, and the replacement/refund will be issued when Royal Mail confirm the item is missing. If the tracking shows as delivered unfortunately no refund can be given.
You can expect to receive your order 1-2 working days from the time you receive your dispatch e-mail. Currently with the global pandemic orders can take up to 10 working days to be received.
I accept refunds and returns on all non-personalised products if the item is returned within 30 days, in ‘perfect’ condition. The postage cost will not be covered to return this back.
I do not accept refunds on personalised products.
Please be sure to double check all personalisation details are correct at the point of checkout, if it is incorrect this cannot be refunded or replaced.
Refunds will be given if the item is received faulty from transit, however I will do my utmost to make sure all your items are sent and received in perfect condition.
Once washed, items cannot be returned. When wash instructions are followed correctly, they will remain in perfect condition.
